This 1,750 square foot two-level speculative plan can be built in modules in a factory, or fully site-built if desired. It provides an open, efficient, modern plan layout with large expanses of carefully positioned glass. The upper level stair hall is expanded to provide a flex space suitable for a kids play area, a home office, a library or sitting area.
