This mid-century home with an unusual plywood mansard roof exterior (2nd image) was purchased by a visionary client recognizing the underlying potential of the property. The design solution involved removing the mansard, opening the exterior walls to the delightful forest views of the property and establishing a Great Room layout for the public spaces. Beyond this the primary bedroom suite has been upgraded and a waterproofing layer added beneath the deck to provide proper coverage for the carport.
