This 1970 square foot design focuses on a simple, cost-effective two-level form that works well on a relatively flat, narrow corner lot. The overall plan is 22 feet wide by 62 feet long, with a slab-on-grade main level and 9 foot ceilings on each floor. The main floor contains an entry foyer-stair hall, great room, laundry, half-bath, mud room and 2-car garage on the main level. The upper level provides a guest room and primary bedroom, each with an en-suite bath, plus two additional bedrooms with a shared bath between them.
